There are several control methods tailored to different applications. Soft starters are the ideal solution for applications where the motor does not require speed regulation during operation. Soft starters:

Reduce mechanical stress on the motor during startup,
Protect the electrical network from high inrush currents,
Ensure a safer and more reliable start, even if the motor is not heavily loaded (not suitable for heavy-duty starts).
