Identification of electric-servo motor and frequency inverter

FREQUENCY INVERTER IDENTIFICATION

The identification is attached to the housing of the frequency inverter (VFD) or. i.e., data plate.

It Displays the code of the frequency converter, which describes its configuration (see technical catalog), and other data such as: input current (A), output current (A), input and output voltage, output frequency, IP protection, etc.

Each frequency converter also has a serial number, which is also indicated/written on the housing of the frequency inverter or. i.e., the data plate. A serial number is made up mostly of a number and a letter/s.

ELECTRIC MOTOR IDENTIFICATION

The identification can be found attached to the housing of the electric (servo) motor i.e., the data plate.

It displays the motor code describing its configuration (see technical catalog) and other data such as: current (A), power (kW), maximum speed -rpm, encoder, IP protection.

Each motor also has a serial number, which is also listed on the housing of the electric motor or. i.e., the data plate. In some cases, the code or. serial number is engraved on the housing of El. (servo) motor, usually as a five-digit code with five digits or 1 letter and 4 digits.
